American as a Paralegal in Europe?

Hi! I'm looking to apply to be a paralegal and would love some advice. Would it be possible to work in-person in Spain or Italy at a firm that speaks English? If yes, which are some specific firms I can look into?

I understand finding English-speaking firms in Europe might be challenging. So, I would also be open to the idea of getting a remote job with an American company and living in Europe.
