Moisturiser recommendations

I have a lot of skin issues and have trouble finding a moisturiser that's both thick enough and doesn't give me a rash. I have severe eczema, a fragrance allergy and a nut allergy. I currently use Simple moisturising facial wash, Simple hyaluronic acid, 100% aloe vera gel and Avéne cicalfate. I have tried:

- Simple replenishing rich moisturiser, wasn't thick enough

- Both types of cerave for dry skin, gave me a rash

- Cetaphil rich moisturiser, gave me a rash (I found out it contains almond oil)

- Original (blue) nivea, gave me a rash as it contains fragrance

- Aveeno daily moisturiser

I'm also on a budget and need something I can find in boots or superdrug. I know this is difficult which is why I haven't been able to find anything that works myself.
