Anyone else have a really low tolerance for Cold FMCs?

Im currently reading {Can't Help Falling by Cara Bastone} and Serafin, the FMC, is coming across as such a cold fish. So far, aside from being "painfully beautiful" and a psychic, she's just kind of mean, rude, and distant. I love this in MMCs, but its almost driving me to DNF when the shoe is on the other foot. Is anyone else like this? Im side-eyeing myself very much right now.
