2013 Touareg TDI

Just changed out the coolant pipe and auxiliary pump on my 2013 Touareg with 300,000 km because my engine was overheating and I had no heat. After doing these repairs, I still have no heat and my engine is still overheating. Anyone have any idea what this could be? One of the heater hoses gets warm and the other one stays cold please help.
