How can I get rid of a milk 'bleb'
This is my second time breastfeeding and I've got myself a milk bleb. I didn't experience this with our first but here I am. My more proactive boob has developed a bleb which is such a pain (literally) and said boob is now producing less milk and I'm worried our breastfeeding journey will be cut short (baby is 8 months). Any ideas on how to get rid of this thing? I'm still nursing as usual, I'm taking sunflower lecithin, epsom salt & warm water in a haakaa pump..I'm running out of ideas.
The bleb keeps sealing over and stopping the milk from flowing freely, eventually it naturally opens due to nursing but I feel like I'm going in circles! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!🤍
