Refining dropped worth on legendaries and raised on partials

They helped one half and made it difficult for the other half, i was checking the recent trades, and since now u can change ur pets the legendary ones dropped a lot, but in the same way the partials even ugly ones raised, because ppl are going crazy just to get the effect they want to refine it, i was trying to get a rgb galaxy dragon and jack in any appearance, and some u can easy say didn't could get higher than 10k, are going for 15k-20k, so now is harder to buy partials more than to buy legendaries 😢
