Rat seems calmer. Is it normal?

Hi! I want to start this off by noting i have anxiety so it's very possible if i seem to over think or possibly humanize.

I got 3 boy rats. They turned 1 year old this February. They are my first rats so maybe this is normal, but one of my boys seemed to have kinda slowed down ig? He used to be the most energetic of the group, always wanting out, running climbing, playing etc. Last night during free roam he just stayed in his hammock and before this he has been staying more near me on the bed. He still plays w the others but just now after wrestling with his brother during which they got in a stand still in a hammock he lost (he used to basically always win) and after when the other rat got out he just laid there. I ended picking him up and taking him with me to sit at the bed. Right now hes moving and playing again but it all just seems slower? Im not sure how to explain it tbh. Does anyone know if this is normal? Should I be worried? Thank you.
