Women with GHSV1, really struggling

Hi everyone. i've had ghsv1 for two years now, i'm a young 30 y/o woman with no other health conditions. The person who gave it to me had ohsv1, and went down on me ... I don't get outbreaks, just the original one that diagnosed me, but I get severe nerve pain quite freqently,maybe once a month or every other month, and uti/ yeast infection like symptoms (itching, pelvic floor issues, frequent urination. It is debilitating. Besides this, I am now discovering that sex is painful for me, and causes inflammation. My doctor prescribed me estrogen cream, I don't know what else to do, i'm literally at a loss. I feel like my body is not my own anymore. I can't live like this forever. I am too young. Will it ever get better? I am seriously struggling imagining sex will be painful forever. Why is there not a cure for this? It's life altering and debilitating.
