Sellers asking for me to Venmo

Long story short I bought a pair of pants seller said she was stuck in a storm( understandable) I said ok. 8 days later she aid sh shipped. No update on my end from usps. Yesterday (day 9) in the morning she said she went to usps and got it back and reshipped? I did not think that was a thing. Then last night she said Depop refunded me. They did not. Lastly this am she asked me to Venmo her when they arrive. That not something I feel comfortable doing as last year I venmoed a seller after the same thing happened and it was just a mess.

I need help!
