Need help with my GT I9003 (samsung s1 lcd)

i cant put a pic here but basically i tried charging it with that ONE specific charger

and now its lost

i tried charging with other chargers but it does just not work

it gets stuck on a loading screen and restarts and does the same thing again and does not charge whatsoever no matter how many hours it takes
