Sales Consultants - how are handling Gatekeeper apps on phones.

They used to be here and there, but now it seems like 20-25% of my leads have these. If you don’t know what I am referring to, you call someone and the phone answers and you have to say your name and any other info you want to give.

They send a text to the customer and the customer can decide to accept or decline. But when they do, you also can’t leave a message.

How is everyone dealing with these?
