Verification e-mail and notifications

I'm very excited about Fluxer and ready to purchase a subscription, but I've run into two bugs that are holding me back.

First, I haven't received a verification e-mail. I've double-checked that my e-mail is correct, checked my junk bin, and made many requests to resend the verification e-mail. It never arrives. I don't see the point in subscribing if my account isn't verified.

And I haven't been getting desktop notifications, despite allowing it on my settings. (In case it matters, I'm using macOS.)

Has anyone else run into these errors? I know the application is a work in process and I'm delighted with the parts that do work, so I'm not going anywhere, but these two glitches have stopped me from recommending it to my Discord friends. They won't have any patience for the absence of notifications.
