Are “Focusrite Scarlett” USB Audio Interfaces still causing the BattleEye Anti-Cheat to trigger?

During the server slam, BattlEye would instantly blue screen PCs if it detected that a Focusrite Scarlett audio interface was plugged in. I unplugged it for the server slam but will not be purchasing the game until this is fixed. Anybody have any updates here?
