Nostrils healing differently?

Backstory!:

Yes, I got pierced with a hoop in my nostril.

Now, dont come to me. the piercer asked me what I wanted in the future and decided piercing with a hoop would be good. I had my questions, but since it was a good shop (4.6 stars rating) I didn't think much of it. surprisingly, it's healing very well. there's no irritation bump or any weird stuff. (2 piercers have told me this.)

later I found out that the shop wasnt following the government's rules, and the woman who pierced me, wasn't allowed to pierce. my other piercer had actually reported both the shop and piercer, but nothing happened.

Now I recently got my other nostril (with stud and from an actual good piercer) and it seems to be healing worse. its more irritated, sensitive and crusty than the other. there's slight redness and swelling, i clean it like recommended by the piercer. why does this happen?

2.5 weeks old

labret, external threading(i think), implant grade titanium

downsize yet to happen (next week)

sterile saline solution 1-2 times a day

maybe bumped it twice or something
