NBA 2k26 Offline low fps help

Hey everyone. I've been having issues with the fps.....Previously i had around 300fps offline in mycareer and stuff, BUT my online fps was around 40-50fps. So i was like it must be that the game was made for 60fps consoles. So i went into Nvidia Control Panel and capped the fps at 60, guess what it completely fixed online games. The problem is that now the tables have turned, i have 50 ish fps offline...like online games are way more fluent and stable 60fps no drops. Can anyone help me with this issue? My PC specs in short: R7 7800X3D, RTX 5080, 32GB DDR5. I have absolutely no idea whats going on now with this game. Thanks in advance.
