Can I run Wilds?

I have a ryzen 7 3700x with 16 gb ram and 3060 ti. Can I run the game at medium settings at least? I would like to get the game, heard the game is a bit stable now after the recent patch? Also how is the playerbase right now? I tend to join sos beacons most of the time. Played worlds for 1k hours.

Sorry if my English is rough, it's not my first language.
