EHT/AC Cheese Steak using Philly Rolls

New to Atlantic County. And while I like the Atlantic City Hoagie rolls for hoagies, they just don't work for cheese steaks. Something about the steam on those rolls turns the entire sandwich into a soggy, crumbling mess.

Is there any place that uses a Philly style roll nearby? I've tried a lot of places and have not yet found a cheese steak worth ordering twice.
