How do I stop the urge to check their account

I blocked a dude i used to talk to and his new girl a week ago off Instagram. The girl has a picture of him as her pfp..it’s killing me to see if she changed it since or not…also his pfp.. (crazy I know). It’s taking everything in me not to check that block list.
