Credits permanently stuck at zero after account merge

So a while back I asked for an account merge, and since then my account has been permanently stuck at zero. Has anyone dealt with this? Buying credits or sub does not apply credits to account at all, it's always stuck at 0.

Account merge took about 1 month to go through, and now I've been waiting 1 month for this issue to be fixed, but no reply from Suno support at all.
