Where do I start?

I'm a solo dev with a fairly new app, that I want to start growing.

I think the best approach is influencers.

It's a health app, but a lot of fitness influencers I see, seem to have either their own app, they've started doing political content or some sort of drama surrounding them.

And I just don't want my app associated with that noise.

I'm not looking for fast growth so happy to work with smaller influencers too, but just want to work with people who are chill and won't associate drama with my brand.

So I guess my questions are

• how do I find suitable influencers
• what should I expect to spend?
• how does it work? Do they choose the video? Do I?
• what about designs and stuff?

I'm happy for an influencer to take the lead, but I really don't know how any of this works or where to start
