Lease Takeover in Crystal City

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to takeover the remainder of my lease (April-January) in Potomac Yard/Crystal City. I’ve been there for a little over two years and I absolutely love it but I’m moving in with a family member and have to give up my place. Here are some specs about the apartment:

- $2,156 base rent

- 507 SF

- Studio with a sliding door partition (1 BD feel)

- Full kitchen

- In Unit Washer/Dryer

- Semi furnished (will be taking the couch and bed)

- Right across from DCA (5 minute drive)

- 5 minute bus ride or 15 minute walk to Crystal City or Potomac Yard metro
