New-ish to Tomione - looking for one-shots

I'm new-ish here and it's hard for me to read long or even medium-sized fics (I blame TikTok) but I really like one-shots. I'm making my way through some of the one-shots on the pinned fest post but I would love to get some recommendations of those that aren't from fests. I feel like those are impossible to find without some help because they just get lost. Thank you in advance!
