How the Analyst Trainee's carrer will look like...?

I'm an Analyst Trainee at Deloitte USI (joined through NLA) with a background in AI. My current salary is around 4 LPA, and I'll become an Analyst after the 1-year probation period.

I’m curious to understand how salary growth usually works here.

• When does the first hike usually happen? • What are the typical milestones in the next few years? • Is it common to start with a lower salary in Deloitte and grow over time? • Roughly what does the salary progression look like in normal vs best cases?
