Labs 2nd refill ?

I’ve been seeing different posts on this. My labs are now over 12 months and I am about to order 2nd refill. Will I be blocked from purchasing? I don’t want to pay the $75 then find out - not able to get lab work at this time so I don’t want to lose the $75.
