Lyceum, Nixor or KGS for AKU/DOW/KEMU for medicine(MBBS) in Pakistan? (my dream school is AKU, but I know of the insanely low acceptance rates/seats) and later want to apply for either the USMLE/UK PLAB or Europe (like italy).

So I applied to Nixor Clifton, The Lyceum and KGS.

I had A*AA in IGCSE-II in MJ 25 in Urdu, PST & Islamiyat, respectively.

And I had 1A*(eng) 3As (bio,chem,math) and 1B(phy) in my 11th Mid-Terms (as a person who's never ever had anything less than A*s in Maths, Sciences & English.) and acc to my online teachers and myself, I am expecting 2A*s3As or 3A*s2As this year inshallah.

Context:

basically because my school's an absolute mess, we're the first batch of kids in our small city to do IGCSES, we've lacked the faculty constantly over the years until just recently(we had visiting faculty coming from hyderabad on the weekends for sciences but I had already switched to mostly online by then, and had clashes due to which I didn't attend them)

and most of the stuff was out of syllabus - they hadn't even taught the ATP's for the sciences but we still had to solve them cluelessly. (i added these points as additional info in my lyceum and nixor apps)

So nonetheless I didn't lose hope and applied to all 3, also because I had some kinda good ECA's:

-head girl for 2 years straight

-2nd place in a district spelling bee comp out of 14 schools

-2nd place in district throwball as captain

-social media manager for my family padel business

-participated in several speech competitions

- silver medalist (x2) IKLC and (x1) IBIC

- hosted & organised several events like milads, farewells, bonfires for school.

- several gold medals in inter-school sports (cricket,badminton,throwball)

- there's probably more that I put in my college apps that I don't remember rn, like more competitions.

So after submitting, I went and gave the interview for Nixor and got accepted and offered a 20% scholarship based on IG-2 grades/eca's, got accepted into Lyceum, and gave my interview at KGS (which imo went really well) (I also hold a British Passport, so that might've been a plus point in admissions)

I asked around A LOT, because I live in a different city, don't really go to karachi other than for trips, and had not much of an idea about the colleges, and in the end, most people said lyceum, even though the nixor interviewer told me 25% of AKU kids come from nixor, but again most people I talked to said Lyceum has excellent/better academics and public grade records, but less ECA's which i'm perfectly fine with tbh, bcz ik if I don't get into AKU, Dow, KEMU and other uni's don't care abt ur eca's, just your grades and your MDCAT score I'm pretty sure, so for AKU i'm sure lyceum's eca's would be more than enough, ik nixor has a big focus on eca's.

I'm awaiting my KGS decision, which'll come at the end of April, and if I get accepted, I would love to go (ik its an extra 600k rupees, but honestly, alhamdulillah my parents will be willing to give it, because we're moving solely for my a levels)

but I wanted your guys's honest opinions, my nixor registration date has gone past, but I'm sure I could email them or reapply/figure something out if that is the better option, on the other hand, I have secured the Lyceum place w/ the registration fee.

Also if I go to Lyceum, I'll be taking phy, bio, chem, english AS general (and maybe maths, but idk, might be too much)

same for KGS

& for nixor (minus the english)

I'm all in all I would say a hardworking, ambitious and diligent (but sometimes burnt out and procrastinating) student, and all I really wanna do is make something of myself and make my parents proud hehe.
