17Y/o makes Promo and Bot detector for Reddit review please

Has anyone else noticed a surge of helpful Reddit posts/comments that turn out to be stealth promos?

I got annoyed enough that I built an open-source Chrome extension that flags likely promo posts/comments before you waste time reading them.

If people here have tried building something similar: what would you want it to do, and what’s the best way to validate it without being spammy?
