Help me make my choice

I’m building a demon pc with a budget of 2500-3500 dollars and I’m torn between getting a 5080 and a 9070 xt. I’m going to be playing valorant mostly at a high level on 1080p 400hz and I know the 9070 xt can easily push out enough fps with the ryzen 7 9800x3d but I’ve heard people say that amd gpus can be a hassle with drivers and micro lag whenever there’s an update.

I’ve never owned one before so I wouldn’t know but it’s something that’s made me rethink my previous decision to get a 9070xt. I also want to eventually start streaming so I’m wondering if both will be equally good in that regard or not.

Finally I’ve heard nvidia use ai to give fake frames which I’m not sure I’m a fan of so I’d like to know that means 😝

Basically is the 5080 worth double the money as it is 1700 dollars where I live
