The market was bustling. Chaotic vendors peddled wares of food, materials, potions, and magic. Some of them had to be real, but you never quite knew what you were purchasing at these free cities markets. Laws were more guidelines and courtesy was often non-existent. In a world so fraught with danger you had to keep your witts about you, even if you are an Orc. Your imposing stature often leads to people judging you before you even got to know them if they even took the time to get to know you.

After some time of casually perusing the stands and wares you came to a vendor that had several large and medium sized cages. Inside were unfortunate creatures of the magical variety that had been captured outside the city walls. In one cage there was not a creature, but a young druid man. His green mud stained clothes were quite tattered at this point and his exposed flesh had tattoos and scars in the shapes of ancient runes.

You were so used to everyone averting their gaze when you looked at them, but this druid behind iron bars did not cower before you. When you locked eyes from meters away he continued to look at you pitifully. Like a fox in a trap begging to be freed. You walked closer to inquire the merchant of the price on his ownership, but he was busy trying to sell some sort of crocadilian guard pet? You instead walked to the druid himself. "What is your name boy?" I stand up and whisper to you through the cage door. "My name is Chris, please ma'am-- you have to save me. I promise to prove my worth."
