Topps MVP Collection - Damaged... Advice?

Hi All - I just received some 2025 Topps MVP colections cards from a recent break and to my dissapointment, there is visible damage or issues on 3 of 5 cards. All Ohtani cards which is the worst since I'm a big fan and that's what I was chasing. What would you do, if anything? Does Topps have a QA issue if they are allowing these issues to happen on limited edition cards costing $2,000 (retail) to over $4000 per box?

Note - all cards are sealed in one touches from the factory and they do not look tampered with. So, my assumption here is the damage was done prior to / during packaging by Topps.

  1. Card was sandwiched between the one touch lids. I'm guessing this happened when it was sealed. Now there is a visibile indentation on the back of the card from where it was squeezed in.

  2. Next card - Bad corner ding. I just don't see how this could happen during shipping since there is lots of free space around the corner.

  3. Next card - Printing on back of the card is washed out.

I'm pretty bummed and not sure what to do. Do I try to submit a damage clam, wait several months for a reply and hope they can replace them vs send me some other random "equal value" card? I'm reluctant to do so as I already have two defect claims submitted going back 5 months now and no idea what the status is. Do I just live with it and accept that's the nature of the beast? What would you do?
