Elpis

As we know, two of the doses of Elpis went to Leon and Zeno, while another one was confirmed to be for Sherry. Who do you think got the other cures? I assume that the survivors of racoon city we saw are just few of the ones that there are since RE9 confirms there were at least 6 other survivors who died. From what I could count there's 7 doses, three already used, leaving just four. In my opinion they'll try to copy Elpis to maybe make more doses, not only for t-virus but for any other possible virus.

We do have a file who mentions Jill, so maybe it's kinda implied one dose is for her?
