MY MONEY HASNT BEEN DEPOSITED INTO MY FANDUEL ACCOUNT

I deposited $10 TWICE and it hasn't reached in my fanduel account. I have used E-transfer and I usually don't have this issue, only know I do. PLEASE HELP.

P.S they took money out of my account as well.
