Want a tattoo but have past skin issues (wound dehiscence)

I have a history or eczema, random full body hives during pregnancy, contact dermatitis, adhesive sensitivity and most recently wound dehiscence after have pre cancerous moles removed and sutured. The PA derm thought that I’m allergic to this type of stitch and that’s why it dehisced (in two separate areas). It was a purple pga suture.

I’m getting a tattoo next week for the first time and a bit worried about how my body could react to the ink. Any thoughts?
