Dealing with crew members
i’m 27M and i recently came back from medical leave to my union job- i’ve been blue collar since starting work when i was about 16/17 helping my dad then moving to a private HVAC company for a few years before going union…
That being said i’ve been hit spit on yelled at all that food stuff, but as of recently with this new crew no matter what i do its wrong they shit talk, mumble under their breath, and tend to seriously piss me off i’ve never been one to really give it back/trying to be a better person so i bite my tongue and it’s building up. i got into it with my foreman and told him i isolate from everyone whenever possible cause they all just talk shit he told me no matter where i go what few i work with im gonna deal with that saying if they didn’t talk to me at all then i know they really don’t like me, but i refuse to believe that and want to demand respect, i can’t smash their knee caps with a pipe wrench and make them beg for their lives like my intrusive thoughts tell me so any advice would be great cause one day im gonna snap
