Does KAIST require international undergraduate applicants to convert their grades, or do they evaluate raw transcripts directly?
Hi everyone! My country uses a 0–20 grading scale. Some sources suggest submitting a Scholaro or WES conversion alongside the raw transcript; others say KAIST does their own evaluation.
Specifically want to know:
- Does KAIST require or recommend a third-party GPA conversion (Scholaro, WES, etc.)?
- Has anyone from a country using a non-4.0 scale gone through this? what did KAIST actually ask for?
I am already planning to include full context about the grading system in the school profile. I just want to know if a formal conversion is required or expected before I submit.
