Increased Appetite?

So I am now on day three of the 15 mg tablets and I feel like it has increased my appetite. Like I’m eating more now than ever! It hasn’t quieted the food noise at all. In fact , it’s done the opposite. It seems like all I think about all day long is food and wanting to eat! Has anyone experienced this before? I spoke with my doctor and asked if maybe it’s not working and need to go up a higher dosage, but she suggested to give it at least two weeks. But I’m scared that in two weeks I’ll have gained even more weight!
