Does anyone else get intense 'Symmetry OCD' during POIS?

When I'm in a POIS episode, I get strong compulsions around body symmetry. Like if I touch something with my right hand, I have to touch it with my left and I'm not satisfied until it feels like I touched it in literally the exact same manner and position as my right did.
