Bikepacking Moroccan desert : Human-related concerns ?

I'm about to go bikepacking along the Algerian border (Zagora -> Tata -> Assa -> Guelmim -> Sidi Ifni). I know what I'm getting into in terms of natural hazards (heat, scropions, water access, remoteness) but I'm not sure about the human aspect of this trip.

Is this a "safe" endeavor as long as I'm not causing trouble or trying to cross the Algerian border ? I assume dogs in towns/near farms and careless drivers will be my biggest issues but anything else ?
