Why Klarna can declined my request to open card with de iban?

I created a German Klarna account, did a video call with an agent, but after the call there was an error „Thanks for consiuering

. My address is in Schufa, but this stupid error appears and I don’t understand why. My friends opened a N26 DE bank account first, then Klarna with the same address, and it worked fine.

Does anyone know what the problem might be? Or does anyone know the correct way to open accounts with klarna card de iban?
