Fans of Resident Evil Requiem have become genuinely excited after details of Leon's appearance began circulating online – a wedding ring is clearly visible on one of his hands. The game itself barely draws attention to this detail, but in the final scene, there is significant focus on this important accessory for the character.

It turns out that Leon is married to Ada Wong. Fans learned this directly from the game's director, Koshi Nakanishi. He responded to several fans in private messages when asked about Leon's love interest. While he didn't explicitly state it was Ada Wong, the director's answers point precisely to that - Leon married Ada. At least in the images below, he certainly doesn't deny that it's her.

Obviously, this can't yet be considered canon. Capcom itself remains silent on the matter. Perhaps future DLC will tell us more about this.

Capcom, seemingly, deliberately left this story element vague, adding fuel to the endless fan wars over "correct shipping." The ring is there, the spouse is there. Let's be happy for Leon and Ada.
