Tiana not showing up in her Palace

Im on the part of the back from the bayou quest where Im supposed to check in with her inside Tianas Palace, but shes never in there when I go in. She walks around my valley, but not her Palace. Ive tried restarting the game, and and the option to have her hang out with me doesnt show up either. Is there a way to fix it?
