Questions about applying to ovc and prerequisites

So im currently in first year and im confused about the prereq for ovc. If i apply at the end of 3rd year, do the courses you choose have to be from the last 4 full time sems or can it be from first year? Does my avg gpa matter (not prereq gpa)? And what are the courses u chose for the prerequisites?
