Best Switchaxe build with Gore/Soul?

So im wondering if the pinned meta-build is still the best since i see alot of conflicting builds for switchaxe and relying on latent power 4 when theres easy access to WE with the arkvelt Head seems somewhat suboptimal. (Power Phials)
