Buying a Rolex is a hassle. Advice?😅

So I had a SkyDweller a few years. I got it from a Rolex boutique in Malaysia. But I eventually sold the watch, it was too big for me...

Now I want to buy a DateJust and a DayDate. I live in Oman, my name is on the wishlist since 9 months for the DateJust now, still no news about it, they aren't very helpful either 😅

I dont mind waiting, but the prices keep climbing up. Date Just 10%, Day Date 20%. Thats hard to see haha...

I felt it would have been nice to have an experience of buying the watch from the Rolex Boutique itself, thats why I waited so long, but now I'm thinking why not just buy it from Dubai from a reputed store. They are able to find me 2026 brand new watches, just slightly more pricier.

Would it make any difference if I buy the watches from another store, as long as it's brand new? Is there anything I should keep in mind while doing so? Do I have an alternate option? Id appreciate any advice guys! Thank you so much 😊🙏🏻
