Looking for a Digicam /Handycam

Looking for a Digicam /Handycam like this (Sony or maybe canon?? idk) in working condition.

Pre-owned at a reasonable price. I’ve checked online but most listings are overpriced or they are really trying to scam just bcz these are in trend, so I’m hoping to find something genuine locally in Pune.

If anyone knows any good offline shops or markets that sell used cameras.

I know junabazaar and old pimpri market near the railway station.

Also if someone is selling their old camcorder/digicam also works

Pls help if any leads in Pune or PCMC

Please DM or comment.
