Credit card utilization and credit rebuilding.

Hello everyone I read the suggested threads and just looking for some clarifications. I have a very high account utilization that I can get 100% paid off by the end of the year. I have never missed a payments. I was just reaching out to see if my credit would bounce back quickly from this is what I understood. Current score is 650~.
