I’m too high

Basically I boofed 32mg hydromorphone at 10am and snorted 4mg. I have a decent tolerance but I’m smacked and it’s hard to stop nodding. The only way to stop is if I’m moving around and standing up. It’s now 5 hrs later and im not even coming down yet. My vision is kinda fucked like double Vision. I’m uncomfortably high. What do I do? What should I be aware of. I’m with a trusted friend but I can’t tell her I’m high.
