I Only Have 75 Skill Points... What Is The Best Way To Get More?

Had to start a new character and up to 75 skill points.

I see people online with crazy amounts of skill points and want to make my character stronger.

The list for feats seems overwhelming and wanted to know the most efficient ways of just playing and progress in many areas including feats...

Any tips on how you guys approach it?
