Beat Saber flagged as an irregular Version by Meta

Couldn't do a screenshot of the pop-up message, because it forces me to choose an option on what to do before being able to take screenshots.

So basically i have been playing modded Beat Saber (I own the game / bought it) via ModsBeforeFriday. Everything worked great.

I decided to get Rookie for other games. These games work great, but now after i launched Beat Saber for the first time after getting some games via Rookie and now BeatSaber is being flagged as irregular by Meta and i am being told to Reset it, because its an illegal copy.

First time seeing this Pop-Up and honestly not sure how to react.
