Looking for new friends to talk to 18f

Currently live by myself at right now and its probably the loneliest ive ever been. Its quite depressing actually and as the days go by i just feel worse and worse. My birthdays coming up and just seeing how everyone throws parties knowing i dont have enough friends to even do one is quite depressing. I mean i am shy but i would be willing to make friends if i actually talk to people. Tbh not feeling the best rn just kinda lonely.
