2015 Limited - New to me and a little advice

I traded my old 2008 liberty in for a 2015 Rav 4 Limited (black). It has 140k on it and a few quirks.

First - infotainment system touch doesnt work in bottom right quarter of screen. I want to replace it with a similar touch screen (aftermarket) but I have read that it matters whether the stereo is JBL or not. How can I determine that?

And if you have replaced the infortainment - im dead set on being able to adjust the EQ and the sound balance.

Second - The only other quirk I've noticed aside from expected noise... is that when I put my foot into the brake pedal, it makes a slight creaking sound. I suppose im concerned about the brake cable or if this is a simple "hit it with WD-40" kind of issue.

Overall - im geeked regarding my purchase. Already picked up the gem rubber floor mats, ordered a replacement sun visor (its missing the driver side, previous owner moved passenger visor to driver side) Considering replacing the headlamps. (They've taken some water and begun to yellow).

Any advice or tips are welcome. Cant wait for the season to turn over so I can clean it up proper and share the results.
